Onsight Pro uses a custom Stripe integration for integrated credit card payments, including online payments, POS/Terminal transactions, and recurring membership billing.
To finish setting up your payment account, go to payments.rockgympro.com. This dashboard is shared with Rock Gym Pro, so the URL will remain the same even though your payment account is connected to Onsight Pro.
Log in to your payment dashboard
Log in using your email address and the temporary password that was emailed to you when your account was created.
If you didn't receive the temporary password, enter your email address as the username and select Forgot Password. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
Complete your business information
Once you're logged in, select Update Business Information and complete the requested details for your business.
You'll also need to add the bank account where you'd like to receive your payouts.
Make sure all required information is completed. Missing or incomplete information can delay payment processing or payouts while Stripe verifies the account.
New businesses and EIN verification
If you're setting up a new business with a recently issued EIN, Stripe may need a little more time to verify the account. In most cases, this resolves on its own within a few days.
