Ordering and Registering Stripe Terminals for POS transactions

Onsight Pro is integrated with Stripe Custom for online payments, recurring billing, and POS/Terminal transactions.

For front desk POS payments, you can either use a registered Stripe Terminal or manually key in a customer's credit card details. This means you can still take card payments at the front desk while you're waiting for your terminal to arrive.

Ordering a Stripe Terminal

Stripe Terminals can be ordered through the payment dashboard at payments.rockgympro.com.

Once you're logged in:

  1. Go to the Terminals tab.
  2. Select Order Terminals.
  3. Choose the number of terminals you need.
You'll also have the option to add a charging dock and an Ethernet Hub connector. The dock is optional. The terminal can be charged directly with a cable and connected to your Wi-Fi network without one.

Enter your contact information and the shipping address where you'd like the terminals delivered, then complete your order.

If the payment dashboard isn't accepting your shipping address as valid, contact us at support@getonsightpro.com and we can help.

Once your terminal arrives

  1. Plug the terminal into a wall outlet. Don't connect it to a computer for power, as this may not provide enough power to keep the terminal charged over time.
  2. Power on the terminal and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
  3. Allow any available updates to complete.
  4. On the terminal:
    • Swipe to Settings
    • Enter the admin PIN: 07139
    • Tap Generate Pairing Code

Then, return to payments.rockgympro.com:

  1. Go to the Terminals tab.
  2. Select Register Terminal.
  3. Enter the pairing code shown on the device.
  4. Confirm the registration.

Connect the terminal to an Onsight Pro workstation

Once the terminal is registered, log in to your live Onsight Pro account and go to:

Settings → Manage Facility → Workstations → Workstation Management

Select Edit for the workstation you'd like to configure, then choose the registered terminal under Select Terminal.

You can assign the terminal to any workstations that should be able to use it for POS payments.

Click Save. The workstation is now ready to accept integrated payments through the Stripe Terminal.

Repeat Steps for additional terminals/workstations.
