Onsight Pro is integrated with a custom Stripe platform for online, billing, and POS transactions. After your Stripe merchant account has been created and onboarded navigate to the terminal tab in the payment dashboard and click Order Terminal.
Once your terminal arrives:
- Plug the terminal into a wall outlet (do not connect it to a computer, as this may not provide sufficient power over time).
- Power on the terminal and connect to your wifi network. Allow any updates to complete.
- On the terminal:
- Swipe to Settings
- Enter the admin PIN: 07139
- Tap Generate Pairing Code
Then, in the payment dashboard:
- Go to the Terminals tab
- Click Register Terminal
- Enter the pairing code shown on the device
- Confirm registration
Finally, in your live Onsight Pro account:
Go to Settings → Manage Facility → Workstations → Workstation Management → Edit → Select Terminal, and choose the terminal you just registered. Apply it to the workstations you would like to use the terminal with. Click Save and you're set to begin collecting payments.
