As a Onsight Pro user, you have the option to create a free Smartwaiver account that can seamlessly integrate signed, digital smart waivers with your Onsight Pro account. This Smartwaiver integration is available to all Onsight Pro users, regardless of plan.
To get started, perform the following steps:
1. Login to your Onsight Pro database and click on the Settings (🔧) icon.
2. Click "Smartwaiver Integration"
3. Click "I want to integrate smartwaiver with Onsight Pro."
4. If you haven't created a Smartwaiver Account before click, "I am new to Onsight Pro or I haven't previously integrated Smartwaiver.". If you have, select "Yes" and skip to Step 7.
5. Click "Sign up for an account here" hyperlink.
6. The hyperlink will open a new tab and bring you to the Smartwaiver sign-up menu. Smartwaiver comes integrated with Onsight Pro, so don't worry about the 15-day trial. Fill the account information to create your Smartwaiver Account to pair with Onsight Pro.
7. Once you create your account, you'll login. On the main screen of the Smartwaiver Dashboard click "My Account".
8. Click "API Keys" tab.
9. Click "Create New API Key" button.
10. Give the API key a name. Click "Save API Token" when finished.
11. Because you'll be unable to see the API Key again, make sure to copy it down into a secure location. Click "Copy Key"
12. Return to the Onsight Pro web browser tab. Click the "Smartwaiver Account API Key" field, copy and paste your key, and then click the "Verify" button.
13. After receiving a successful verified connection, continue filling out the information for your Smartwaiver Integration.
14. The Smartwaiver Admin Email address should match the email associated with the Smartwaiver login.
15. The "Sender Email Address" is going to be the reply-to address when they receive a Smartwaiver confirmation email for completing your forms.
16. The "Sender Email Name" is going to be what the name associated with the email in a customers inbox.
17. Click "Save" when you're finished. Smartwaiver is now integrated and linked with your Onsight Pro database!
