Onsight Pro’s Point-of-Sale (POS) module allows staff to manage multiple transactions at the same time by switching between Shopping Carts. This feature is especially useful when a customer needs to step away—for example, to grab a wallet or another item—so staff can continue assisting the next person in line without losing progress on the first transaction.
The example below demonstrates how to use this feature in practice:
1. Click on the Point-of-Sale (🛒) icon.

2. Click on the "Customer" button to add attach a customer to the transaction.

3. Click the "Find Customer" lookup field and type the customer's name.

4. After finding the correct customer, check the box next to their name and click "Save" button to add them to the transaction.

5. Click the "Add Bill" button to create a new Shopping Cart for a different customer.

6. Repeat Step 2-3 for the new customer being added to a separate transaction.

7. Click on the drop-down by the customer's name to switch between Shopping Carts to finish either transaction.
