In Onsight Pro, Day Passes are treated as "membership" products to ensure every check-in is tied to a valid sale or active membership. This helps maintain accurate check-in records.
If a customer does not have an active day pass, punch pass, or membership, staff will see a “Membership Empty” alert during check-in.
In situations where customers are just observers, you can sell $0 day passes to maintain an accurate check-in record.
